James Calautti is a singer songwriter from Perth Western Australia. He was born in 1995 and was raised in the hills of Perth. He had music all around him ever since he could open his eyes. His first ever memory was at 4 years of age seeing artists like Seal, Blink 182 and The Backstreet Boys on Video Hits. His dad would play cd's like "Nirvana unplugged" and "Pink Floyd's The Wall" when cleaning the above ground pool at home. He always had music on in the car on road trips. The family would sing along to the harmonies of The Beach Boys and ELO's "A New World Record" on loop! There was an acoustic guitar at the house and James first touched it when he turned 13. He was hooked and starting playing for 8 hours a day for years and would actually play from sunrise all the way to sunset on the weekends. He fell in love with writing songs and records his music at home because he's in a hurry to share his songs with everyone. He is looking for management and an opportunity to record his music professionally. James has a vision and a goal.
